You email us a short description of what you have — what it is, roughly how much, and photos where possible. We respond within one business day with indicative pricing and the next step. No high-pressure sales calls; just numbers and clarity.

For volume jobs we arrange collection at a confirmed window. Smaller consignments can be dropped off by appointment. From the moment material leaves your custody, the paper trail begins — signed manifests, weights at uplift, and tracked transit.

On arrival, every consignment is broken down to its grade categories. E-waste is sorted by stream and yield class. Catalytic converters are identified by reference code, photographed, and weighed individually. Data-bearing devices are tagged for separate destruction handling.

PGM-bearing material is sampled and assayed for platinum, palladium, and rhodium content. E-waste is priced against its grade. You receive an itemised breakdown — line by line, by category, by weight — before any payment is settled.

Payment is settled per the agreed terms. A full closing report — intake documents, photos, weights, assay results, certificates of destruction where applicable — is sent through to close the loop. Everything you'd need for an audit, in one bundle.
